Ep. 97: The Season of Letting Go: My Journey Through Grief, Heartbreak, and the Unknown
In this deeply personal episode, I open up about the grief I’ve been carrying since the loss of my younger brother on June 18, 2025. I share the story leading up to the day he died, and what it’s been like to try and function “normally” in the aftermath of such a devastating loss. Watch the video of this episode here.
I also talk about the heartbreaking end of my relationship, and how those two losses — combined with the bittersweet transition of my son moving away to start his life and my twin daughters graduating high school — have made this one of the hardest seasons I’ve ever faced.
This is an unfiltered look at what it feels like to have so much change, so much loss, and so much unknown all at once. I share how I’m learning to grieve, heal, grow, and move forward, while trusting the Universe now more than ever.
If you’re walking through loss, heartbreak, or transition, my hope is that you’ll feel less alone in your own journey as you listen to mine.
